Witch Hunt

By Shirley Damsgaard
ISBN: 978-0-06-1147-11-1

Now I will buy anything that has the word witch in the title. Unfortunately, not all of the books with this word is as exciting as I would wish.

And of course, this book was not as exciting as I wanted. Considering that the book is a mystery/paranormal, I thought there would be more … more.

Well, if you like cozies (cozy mysteries) you would really enjoy this book. It is about Ophelia who is a psychic, her foster daughter who is a medium, and Ophelia’s grandmother who is an Appalachian wise woman. I thought that I would like the characters more. I did not.

Still it wasn’t a complete waste of time. It will go into my bag as a gift to the library. I’ll give it 2.5 stars. (Those of you who like cozies would probably give it a 3.5).
